Cricket Betting Markets
A simple guide to which markets you can bet on in BPL, IPL and ICC tournaments.
| Market Type | Example |
|---|---|
| Match Winner | Will Bangladesh or India win? |
| Toss Winner | Who wins the toss in the first innings? |
| Top Batsman | Who will score the most runs in the match? |
| Total Runs Over/Under (O/U) | More than 70 runs in the first 10 overs? |
| Runs in an Over | How many runs will be scored in a specific over? |
| Method of Dismissal | How will the next wicket fall? |
| Player of the Match | Who will be Man of the Match? |
In live in-play betting, odds change quickly after each wicket. When a new over begins or a key batsman is dismissed, the weight of the market shifts noticeably.

Football Betting
From the English Premier League to World Cup qualifiers — betting on all the leagues Bangladeshi football fans love.
Will the home team win, will it be a draw, or will the away team win — the most common market in football betting.
Bet on two of the three possible outcomes at once — lower risk, slightly lower odds.
Will total goals in the match be more or less than 2.5 — Over 2.5 is popular in attacking matches.
Whether both teams will score at least one goal each — especially popular in Champions League matches.
The weaker team is given a virtual goal head start to create an even contest — a favourite among experienced bettors.
Predict who will score the first goal in the match — this offers high odds in La Liga and Premier League matches.
Keep in mind: Many major European matches kick off at 1 AM Bangladesh time (BST, UTC+6) or later. With the bk22 mobile app, you can easily place live bets late at night.

How to Read Odds
There are three types of odds formats used in online betting. bk22 uses decimal odds, which are the easiest to understand.
Decimal Odds — Example
You place a ৳500 bet at odds of 1.80. If you win, your total return will be:
Profit is ৳400 after deducting your original stake of ৳500. Odds are never below 1.00 — the higher the odds, the greater the risk and potential reward.
Implied Probability
Odds of 1.80 mean the bookmaker estimates the probability of the event at roughly 55.6% (1 ÷ 1.80). The lower the odds, the higher the assumed probability.
Comparison with Other Formats
| Format | Example | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Decimal | 1.80 | ৳180 return on a ৳100 bet |
| Fractional | 4/5 | ৳4 profit on a ৳5 bet |
| American (Moneyline) | -125 | ৳100 profit on a ৳125 bet |
Android App
Most players in Bangladesh bet on mobile. The bk22 Android app runs fast on low data — one-tap deposit via bKash and Nagad, live cricket scores, and in-play betting all in one place.
Install Guide (5 Steps)

Responsible Gaming
bk22 believes that sports and betting are for entertainment — they should not be a source of financial stress. We place the highest importance on every player's wellbeing and safety.
Set a Budget
Before you start playing, decide how much money you can afford to spend. Only bet an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
Set Time Limits
Decide in advance how long you will play each day or week. Avoid the temptation to place extra bets out of anger or frustration after a loss.
Self-Limit Tools
The bk22 account offers deposit limits, session limits, and the option to take a temporary break. You can contact support to restrict your account if needed.
